Having been a long distance runner for sometime now, running marathons across the globe. I am aware how much joy running can give and if done in the most efficient way how it can enhance your life and keep you fit at the same time.
I offer one to one coaching, teaching simple but effective alignment tips, offering training plans and advice to keep you motivated to complete your goals whether its to run a 5km or a marathon.
Once a week I lead a small group through intervals. The group is open to all abilities and will help you progress in your running. Motivated by others and running more efficiently using the track.
