My aim in teaching both yoga and helping people get fit is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere whereby my students be themselves, letting go of personal judgment or comparison with others. Helping my students to experience the full benefits that yoga and running can provide; to apply the teachings of yoga and a positive mindset to help improve their daily lives off the mat.
